Scope

To undertake Cost Estimate Services for the following projects:

Part A: Devonshire Link Road;

Part B: Bradfield Precinct Priority Roads;

Part C: Western Sydney Rest Area;

Part D: Rouse Hill Hospital Transport Integration Works

Additional details/instructions

As part of the upcoming procurement process, we will be publishing the tender notice followed by the full Tender on Wednesday, 17 December 2025. This will be an Open Tender available to members of TfNSW’s SCM8661 Technical Services Registration Scheme under the service category Estimating Services – General.

Tenderers registered under this service category who wish to participate are invited to submit a Confidential Deed Poll (CDP) prior to receiving access to the Request for Tender (RFT) documents. Please submit the completed CDP by Tuesday, 16 December 2025 to Khurram Baig khurram.baig2@transport.nsw.gov.au, with Eesa Qudrat Eesa.Qudrat@transport.nsw.gov.au copied.

Please note that RFT documents will only be issued to tenderers who provide a duly signed CDP by the deadline.
