6 Walsh Street Capella - Agistment Tender

INTRODUCTION

Central Highlands Regional Council (council) is seeking tenders for the temporary land use for the purpose of agistment of livestock on Lot 24 on TT18, Lot 15 on RP 620814, Lot 6 on RP 620813.

The agistment will be for a period of three (3) years. The licence fee will be determined by the submission of the Respondent. Council will consider the fee amount provided by the Respondent in line with the Local Government Act 2009 (the Act) sound contracting principles as outlined in section 104 of the Act.
