Construction of a new single-storey amenities block and alteration of existing single-storey amenities to learning spaces at Calderwood Christian School

Builders  interested in tendering for construction of a new single-storey amenities block and alteration of existing single-storey amenities to learning spaces at Calderwood Christian School are invited to register their interest, which should include information on their technical and financial capability to undertake the work. The building works are to take place in 2 separate buildings, comprising of a new student amenities facilities consisting of 13 toilets and conversion of existing amenities block into 2 new classrooms, with new awning and external walkway extension around the 2 buildings and associated external works. The tender panel will be limited, and the final composition will be at the discretion of the selection panel.
