Pest Control

Mosman Council invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit quotations for the provision of pest control services across Council-managed buildings and facilities. An overview of the required services include:

• Inspection, treatment, and eradication of insect pests such as cockroaches, ants, fleas, silverfish, spiders, bees, and wasps using approved insecticides suitable for areas of human habitation, including fumigation where appropriate.
• Placement, monitoring, and maintenance of approved rodent baiting systems and traps.
• Termite inspection services, control measures, and provision of certification in accordance with relevant standards.
• Submission of detailed treatment reports for all works completed, complying with applicable Australian Standards and pest management safety regulations. Reports must clearly identify treatment locations, extent of infestation, photos and all chemicals used.
• Reporting of any observed building defects identified during pest control inspections.
