Goolwa Old Police Station Roof Replacement

Alexandrina Council invites Tenders for roof replacement and roof structure repairs at the Goolwa Old Police Station, located on Goolwa Terrace in Goolwa, South Australia.

The Goolwa Old Police Station is a State Heritage listed building currently operating as a public art gallery and open to visitors Wednesday through Sunday.

Recent building condition audits undertaken by Council have identified the need for roof replacement, including associated components such as gutters, downpipes, capping, and flashings. Structural roof repairs, as detailed in the engineer’s plans, are also required. Additional external works include fascia replacement and brickwork repointing.

 Council is seeking to engage an experienced and suitably qualified contractor to carry out all required works and associated tasks to ensure successful completion to a high-quality standard.

 The Council will enter into an Agreement for Services with the successful tenderer.
