DMMF Paint Shop, Quantity Surveyor

Renewal SA is seeking to engage an experienced and suitably qualified Quantity Surveyor for Cost Manager Services for the DMMF Paint Shop Project.

The Quantity Surveyor must provide all cost manager services (Services) reasonably required by Renewal SA to deliver the DMMF Paint Shop project. The initial design by the Lead Professional Services Consultant (LPSC) will be delivered under an amended AS4122-2010 General Conditions of Contract for Consultants, including integration with an Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) Contractor and then novated to a Design & Construct (D&C) Head Contract which will be delivered under an amended AS4300-1995 General Conditions of Contract for Design & Construct.

The Quantity Surveyor will be engaged for the following key services:

• Budget Estimation

• Cost Planning

• Contract Negotiations

• Variation and Progress Claim Validation

• Financial Reporting
