Property Management Services

Due to insufficient responses the City of Stirling is again seeking to engage a provider for commercial property leasing and management services to oversee the existing lease at 4 Broadwater Boulevard, Broadwater on its behalf.

Services include, and are not limited to:

• Lease Management & administration
• Property Maintenance
• Financial Management

Deliverables are outlined in the Specification.

Basis of Contract Award

The City intends to award a contract to one (1) Respondent and reserves the right to award contracts to multiple Respondents if deemed appropriate.
