Concrete Processing and Crushing Services at the Forest Road Landfill, Tamworth NSW

Tamworth Regional Council (Council) invites suitably qualified and experienced organisations to lodge a submission for Tender T054-2026 to enter into an initial three-year Concrete Processing and Crushing Contract (with possible extensions) for the Council-managed waste facility located at Forest Road Landfill-123A Forest Road, North Tamworth, NSW 2340.

The Contractor shall provide all labour, plant, equipment, and transportation necessary to complete the works. Sorting and decontamination of stockpiles that contain predominately concrete, bricks, and tiles will be a mandatory step prior to the crushing of materials.

The contract will be in the form of an MW21-LG contract, with the method of payment based on a schedule of prices-tendered rates.

Tenderers will have the opportunity to inspect the site. While the site inspection is non-compulsory, Tenderers are expected to familiarise themselves with the site prior to submitting their tender.

Tenders close at 11:00am AEDT, on Wednesday 21 January 2026.

Council is not bound to accept the lowest or any submission and anyone who directly or indirectly canvasses support from an elected member or servant of the Council will be disqualified. There will be no cost payable by Council towards the preparation or submission of this Tender, irrespective of its outcome.
