Stormwater Pump Stations PLC and SCADA Replacement

The City of Port Adelaide Enfield (the Council) invites quotes from Respondents for the upgrading of the Stormwater Pump station control system and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Upgrade (the Services). The upgrade is being carried out as part of the City of Port Adelaide Enfields Capital Program for the 2025/2026 financial year.

The works are expected to commence in January 2025 and must be completed by April 2025.

Broadly, the works are associated with the following system elements:

• Control System

• Communications System

• SCADA System

The scope of works shall include the necessary disciplines & resources to ensure the following project deliverables are met:

• Detailed Engineering design

• Project Management

• Provision of all required Equipment and Resources

• Project Documentation

• Supply, installation, FAT and SAT testing, and final commissioning of all relevant hardware, software, and communications

• Operator and Maintenance team training

Equipment supplied will be fit for purpose, meet the required process capacity, performance criteria, specifications, design requirements, and be standardized across all sites.

The new system shall be easy to operate and maintain, provide operational flexibility, and provide substantial asset service life.

All work undertaken shall conform with relevant Australian (AS) and IEC standards, as well as acts.

A briefing session will be held at Pump Station, Hack St, Port Adelaide, Port Adelaide, SA, Australia, 5015 on 9:00 am 19 December 2025.
