Provision of Plant Hire – Wet & Dry

PURPOSE: Warrumbungle Shire Council is seeking suitably qualified & experienced Plant Hire operators/ equipment suppliers for a period of 36 months from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2029 with provision for a 12-month extension option.

PARTICIPATING COUNCILS: This process is being facilitated on behalf of Warrumbungle Shire Council.

INVITATION: Any person/company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Electronic Tender Box before the deadline at 10.00am on 10 February 2026.

Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Tender document.

Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer.

Tenderers are advised that Warrumbungle Shire Council is not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted.
