The Department of Justice required a suitable contractor to provide cleaning services for Derby Courthouse

Site Visit 

A site visit will be held at Loch Street, Derby on 23 Jan, 2026 9:00 AM.

A mandatory briefing to Respondents will be conducted at:

• Date: 23 January 2026
• Time: 09:00 AM Western Australia
• Location: Derby Court House Complex located at Loch Street, Derby

The Respondent is requested to confirm its attendance by no later than 04:00 PM, Western Australia, 22 January 2026 by email at derbycourt@justice.wa.gov.au or phone (08) 9191 1406.

Failure to attend the Request briefing will result in the Offer being ineligible for further consideration.

 Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
