Procurement for Operational Technical Services relevant to safely installing, maintaining, and striking the digital assets and/or Installations (all assets supplied by DNSW) for Vivid Sydney 2026

Project goals

The successful Supplier will work with the Vivid Sydney Team to implement and deliver operational technical services, including delivery and maintenance of the Destination NSW owned digital assets listed in the RFQ

Scope:

The successful Supplier will work with the Vivid Sydney Team to implement and deliver operational technical services, including delivery and maintenance of the Destination NSW owned digital assets listed below Key deliverables: The key deliverables are split into three distinct Parts, which account for pre-event; bump in / event live and bump out; and post event:

Part A: Pre-production, equipment maintenance and testing

Part B: Event bump in and bump out

Part C: Post-event equipment assessment & procurement analysis for the following year
