DNSW seeks the services of a contractor to provide Light Installations and Event Technologies Support Services, for Vivid Light Walk installations, large-scale activations and other activations

Project goals

Destination NSW procures up to 40 light installations annually for Vivid Sydney. The light installations consist of temporary structures, that are prefabricated or conceptual designs at the time of procurement.

Destination NSW seeks the services of a contractor to provide Light Installations and Event Technologies Support Services, for Vivid Light Walk installations, large-scale activations and other activations requiring technical support.

Scope:

• Provision of suitably qualified, accredited and experienced technical specialists required to install, program and remove light installations and projection treatments, safely, on time and on budget. Responsibility for all elements of employment and/or contractual obligations for the technical specialist(s).
• Provision of suitably qualified, accredited, licenced and experienced labour required to install, operate and maintain the power distribution plan, safely, on time and on budget. Responsibility for all elements of employment and/or contractual obligations for the labour roles defined below.
• Technical services in keeping with relevant ISO, Australian Standards and relevant legislation
• The contractor will be responsible for safely assisting in installation, maintenance and striking of identified light installations, ambient lighting treatments and window augmentation for projections.
