Takapuna Grammar School is seeking a main contractor to redevelop the existing annexe area under the sports hall into a new Strength and Conditioning Gym. This includes conversion of the existing cladding into aluminium joinery with door and window openings, new services including lighting and ventilation, new topping slab and flooring, and all other associated fit-out.
