Real Estate Services Panel

The City of Canada Bay is seeking to establish 3 panels of service providers for the provision of property services within its asset portfolio, specifically for its strategic property acquisition and divestment service and leasing covering residential, retail & commercial property:

1) Sales and Leasing [Commercial, Retail and Residential Leasing, Residential and Commercial Sales]

2) Valuation Services; and

3) Advisory Services.

The Tenderer may apply for all one or more of the three categories noted above. The contract term will be for a five-year term, with one five-year option at Council’s discretion.
