Chatswood Rotary Athletics Field Upgrade Work

Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced suppliers for upgrading a few tracks at the Chatswood Rotary Athletics Field. Work will include demolition of existing long jump track, javelin base and sandpits; installation of six lane synthetic track, one synthetic javelin runway, four long jump/triple jump tracks, sandpits, line marking and provision of detailed design and documentation.

Tender Documents which contain essential information and submission schedules may be obtained free of charge.

A pre-tender meeting will be held at Chatswood Rotary Athletics Field near the amenities building, Mowbray Rd W, Lane Cove North NSW 2066, commencing at 11:00 am on Friday 16 January 2026. All prospective Tenderers are advised to attend the pre-tender meeting.

Tenders are to be submitted on the etender portal - OR - within a sealed envelope endorsed:

"The General Manager

Chatswood Rotary Athletics Field Upgrade Work"

and shall be lodged to the Tender Box located within Council's Administration building at 31 Victor Street, Chatswood 2067, by contacting Council's Procurement Specialist on 9777 7535 with one (1) hour notice of arrival so as to be received in full prior to closing date.

Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
