Cowra Shire Council - Psychosocial Workplace Audit

Cowra Shire Council seeks to engage a suitably qualified professional services firm with demonstrated expertise, to conduct an internal audit on Councils current psychosocial risk mitigation practices to suggest practices to enhance controls in accordance with regulatory and industry requirements.

This includes undertaking a whole-of-organisation approach to:

• Identify and assess psychosocial risks across Council operations.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of current psychosocial risk controls.
• Identify gaps in governance, reporting, and monitoring mechanisms.
• Propose appropriate mitigations and controls.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and other relevant standards
