Note: Attendance at the mandatory site briefing is a prerequisite for submitting a compliant Offer. Failure to attend will render the Offer non-compliant and it will be rejected.

The City of South Perth (City) is seeking submissions from experience Contractors for a lump sum fee tender to undertake building works for changeroom upgrades at the WCG Thomas Pavilion Richardson Park, located at 1 Amherst St, South Perth WA 6151.

The Contract will be awarded on a lump sum fixed price basis.

The applicable General Conditions of Contract are: AS 2124-1992 (with Amendment 1). Respondents will need to obtain their own copy of this Standard.
