SA Water invites suitably experienced and qualified organisations to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to design and construct the Millicent Wastewater Treatment Plant Upgrade.
This EOI is the first competitive stage of a multi-stage procurement process to select a design and construct principal contractor to deliver the works.
The objective of the EOI stage is to:
• identify suitably experienced, qualified and collaborative organisations interested in delivering the works
• determine market appetite, risks and opportunities associated with staging design and construction
• stimulate innovation for the delivery, commercial and/or sustainable methodologies to deliver a best-for-project outcome.
