Expressions of Interest – Outdoor Courts and Southern Pavilion Room Hire
The final stage of the Baldivis Sports Complex on Eighty Road is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
We are now inviting clubs and community groups to submit expressions of interest to use the new outdoor courts and the Southern Pavilion room.
These facilities will include:
- Eight outdoor basketball and netball courts
- Eight outdoor tennis courts
- A spacious hireable room in the Southern Pavilion
This is an exciting opportunity for local organisations to secure access to brand-new facilities designed for community sport and recreation.

Expression of Interest Forms can be obtained by contacting Baldivis Indoor Sports Complex. Submissions close at 5pm on Sunday 14 December 2025 and must be emailled to baldivisindoorsc@rockingham.wa.gov.au
