Project goals
This project aims to deliver upgrades to the Summit walking track and lookout at Mt Kaputar NP to improve safety, accessibility, and visitor experience while protecting the surrounding natural and cultural values.
Scope
Replace and dispose of existing timber boardwalk and lookout at Mt Kaputar Summit, with a new, low-maintenance steel structure delivered in accordance with the design provided.
The design focuses on sustainability with the specification of durable materials, improved connectivity to key visitor nodes, and integration with recent track renewals delivered in the same vicinity.
