Visitor Information Centre Management Services

The District Council of Ceduna (the Council) invites tenders from individuals or organisations for the provision of Visitor Information Services at Ceduna South Australia (the Services). The Council will enter into a Contract for Services with the successful Tenderer.

Tenders are invited from organisations or individuals to provide Visitor Information Services for The District Council of Ceduna in Ceduna South Australia. The Services provided by the Tenderer will include:

1. Provide tourist information to the general public
2. Promoting the district and region in a positive manner, increasing visitor visitation and retention to the district

The contract period will be for 3 years with one option of renewal for up to a further 3 years at the absolute discretion of Council.

Council has expressed a desire to provide flexibility to any tenderer in regard to the provisions of the Services. For this Request for Tender, Council will be accepting submissions with the following variable factors:

1. two different options of minimum hours of operation of the Service
2. ability for tenderer to nominate an alternative location to provide the Services

It is at the absolute discretion of Council following closure of Request for Tenders, which of the above option will be offered to Council’s preferred Tenderer
