Lower Murray Water (LMW) has a Water Plan 5 (WP5) Capital Works program comprising, renewals, upgrades and new infrastructure from FY24 through to FY28 with an approx. value of $123M across the 5 year period. With 2.5 years of WP5 remaining LMW has forecast annual capital works expenditure for the final two years in the order of $35M per year.
The objective of this procurement process is to establish a non-exclusive panel of consultants to provide LMW with a wide range construction project delivery services on an as-needed basis to support the delivery of the final 2.5 years of WP5. LMW will be seeking to develop a diverse panel of consultants with demonstrated experience in managing civil, mechanical, electrical or multiciliary projects.
The panel of consultants will be approximately a three-year period from March 2026 to 31 December 2028.
