Debt Recovery Services

The Townsville and Hospital Health Service (THHS) is seeking offers for the provision of debt recovery services under Request for Offer (RFO) reference number THHS129861.

The contract will be established for a five (5) year term, with no extension options.

Closing Date for Offeror Enquiries: Friday, 23 January 2026 at 5:00 pm (Qld Time).

Closing Date for Submission of Offer: Friday, 30 January 2026 at 5:00 pm (Qld Time).

THHS invites offers from entities with the capacity, skill and relevant experience to contract for the provision of debt recovery services to assist the timely, ethical, and cost-effective recovery of outstanding accounts, including debtor tracing, demand letter issuance, repayment negotiations, management of payment plans, and transparent reporting to improve cash flow and minimise write-offs.
