Pre-Qualified Panel of Contractors for the Provision of Road Shoulder & Tabledrain Maintenace Works

Council wishes to create a prequalification panel based on schedule of rates and quality considerations of suitably capable and qualified road maintenance contractors for a three (3) year period plus an option to extend to address Council’s requirements for Road Shoulder and Tabledrain restoration and maintenance works.

The proposal is to be submitted under the terms and conditions set out in Council’s Tender Request document and the proposal shall be in accordance with the requirements set out in the tender schedules.

Tenders must be lodged by 3.00 p.m. on Thursday 8 January 2026 via Council’s E-tendering website: Reference ‘Current Tenders’ Tile.

Late Tenders will not be accepted, and the Council reserves the right to accept or decline any or all tenders.
