Tender Description
The Metropolitan Cemeteries Board (MCB) is seeking a single qualified and experienced Contractor to provide road, pathway and car park sweeping services at the following sites:
(a) Cemeteries:
- Fremantle Cemetery – Carrington Street, Palmyra
- Karrakatta Cemetery – Railway Road, Karrakatta
- Midland Cemetery – Myles Road, Swan View
- Guildford Cemetery – Kalamunda Road, South Guildford
(b) Memorial Parks
- Pinnaroo Valley Memorial Park – Whitfords Avenue, Padbury
- Rockingham Regional Memorial Park - Baldivis Road, Baldivis
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at See special instructions below, Perth .
Site Visit
Prior to submitting an offer for the services detailed within, Respondents may visit the cemeteries under the control of the Metropolitan Cemeteries Board (MCB). There will be six non-mandatory site visits.
