Mudgee CBD Pathway Pressure Cleaning Works

Council require high pressure cleaning works to the CBD footpaths in Mudgee. The purpose of these works is to refresh and maintain the CBD concrete aesthetics. Pressure cleaning unit is required to be 2800 pound-force per square inch (Psi) or greater.

Works are to be undertaken utilizing hot water and biodegradable cleaning chemical e.g. biodegradable detergent. Cleaning of heavily stained areas may be spot cleaned. Full prevention of storm water contamination must be achieved. Any chemicals the supplier would propose to use must be reviewed by Council. The method of cleaning used on sand bedded pavers on Market Street (approx. 30m) and Gladstone Street (approx.17m) must not disturb paver bedding.
