Provision and Maintenance of Instant Filtered Water Taps at the University of Western Australia

The Campus Management Division at the University of Western Australia (UWA) has an ongoing requirement for the provision and servicing of its ZIP water systems.

The University currently operates a significant number of instant filtered water tap systems across campus locations, with ZIP units making up the majority of assets.

To support reliable performance, minimise operational disruptions, and extend the useful life of equipment, the University is seeking proposals for a comprehensive service solution.

Through this Request for Proposal, the University aims to procure a service model that delivers:

• High asset availability and minimal downtime
• Cost-efficient, proactive maintenance
• Extended asset life and reduced whole-of-life costs
• Responsive and transparent repair services
• Value-for-money sourcing of replacement or new units
• Clear communication, reporting, and customer service standards
