Tender Description
The University of Western Australia (UWA) intends to release a Request for Tender (RFT) in January?2026 for Turf and Landscape Maintenance Services. The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) process is to identify up to 10 organisations to invite to respond to the RFT.
UWA operates multiple campuses and sporting precincts, each featuring a mix of landscaped gardens, open spaces, pedestrian areas and recreational facilities. The University places strong importance on the presentation, safety and functionality of its external environments, including pathways, paved areas, sporting grounds and surrounding landscapes, which collectively contribute to the overall campus experience
UWA is experienced and capable contractor/s to provide services under the following categories:
- Category 1: High Profile – Sports Turf
- Category 2: Passive Landscape and Turf Services
