Tender Description
The purpose of ICT10677 Contracting and Performance Reporting Solution Maintenance and Support Invitation to Offer is to purchase maintenance and support for Qlik Sense and other associated software. The Qlik software is used as the base product for the System Performance Reporting (SPR) system and other products built by Hospital and Health Services (HHS) and other Department of Health (DOH) divisions.
In addition, Queensland Health seeks to:
- deliver provisions to secure ongoing support and maintenance arrangements for Qlik Sense and associated software
- deliver higher levels of Service assurance through the formalisation of definitive Service Levels as specified within an agreed Contract
- provide a robust set of contractual documents with the successful Supplier, that will inform the commercial basis for all required Products/Services.
