SSROC Paving the Way 2 Sustainable Road Pavements

Southern Sydney Regional Organisation of Councils (SSROC) on behalf of its participating Councils invites tenders from suitably qualified companies for the abovementioned requirement, in accordance with the Request for Tender (RFT) for the initial contract term of five (5) years subject to satisfactory performance, which will be determined by SSROC and the participating councils, with option to extend for up to two (2) years (awarding 1+1).

Participating Councils are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified suppliers that can provide the range of products and services that meet Council’s requirements as per below.

1. Supply of Asphalt (including RCG Asphalt)

2. Supply and lay Asphaltic Concrete

3. Pavement Millings and Reinstatement (Mill & Fill)

4. Asphalt Pavement Patching

5. Concrete Pavement Patching

6. Pavement stabilisation

7. Pavement Rejuvenation treatments

8. Road pavement design Service

9. Linemarking Services

10. All other associated goods and services as per the Councils’ requirements

Enquiries closing date: 28 January 2026.

Submissions must be complete and fully received on time.

Online invitations will be advised to those who downloaded the document from Vendor Panel as at 12pm Tuesday 16th December 2025.

SSROC will conduct the Request for Tender process in accordance with Section 55 of the NSW Local Government Act 1993. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted, and late tenders may not be considered.
