Endless Summer and Hartigan St SPS Upgrades

Tweed Shire Council (TSC) is seeking a qualified contractor to convert the Endless Summer and Hartigan St sewer pump stations from dry well to wet well configurations. The upgrade will eliminate the need for confined space entry and align with TSC’s standard SPS design. The contractor must demolish redundant structures and install new infrastructure per supplied drawings.

A bypass pumping system must be designed, installed, and monitored 24/7, with a management plan submitted for approval. The contractor will supply all temporary bypass equipment and materials. TSC will provide pumps, stands, guide rail brackets, chains, cables, and electrical controls for final commissioning. Prompt response to alarms is required to prevent environmental impact.
