Expressions Of Interest - Kondinin Shop For Lease

The Shire of Kondinin is seeking Expressions of Interest to lease the recently vacated shop at No. 34 (Lot 16) Rankin Street, Kondinin.

The shop for lease forms part of a series of shops with a main frontage to Gordon Street across the road from the Shire of Kondinin Administration Office.

An Expression of Interest Package can be obtained by contacting the Shire's Manager Planning and Assets, Tory Young on mpd@kondinin.wa.gov.au or (08) 9889 1006.

Expressions of Interest are to be in writing and be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer and can be emailed to cso@kondinin.wa.gov.au, posted to PO Box 7, Kondinin WA 6367 or hand delivered to the Shire Office at 11 Gordon Street, Kondinin WA.

Expressions of Interest must be received by no later than 4.00pm on Wednesday 10th December 2025.
