Roebourne Recreation Precinct Design

The Principal is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant to provide architectural and associated consultancy services to progress the Roebourne Recreation Precinct (RRP) from Masterplan through to staged development. The Consultant will be responsible for leading the design process with a primary focus on architectural services and leading the subconsultant team.

Key design Requirements are inclusive of a new administration building, refurbishment of the community hall, refurbishment of amenities buildings, upgraded skatepark, an upgrade to the parking design, and the inclusion of a changing places facility, local public art, Country and cultural learning zones, landscaping and pathways.

The Principal is committed to the Works being implemented through a collaborative and respectful approach. Certain elements of the Project will be undertaken through a co-design process, drawing on the Roebourne Community's unique local knowledge to enable a deeper cultural connection and contribute to the creation of more equitable, safer and welcoming precinct.
