ABOUT THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL(RFP): is seeking tenders from suitably qualified service providers for the creation of an enterprise service management system and services portal that integrates with the dedicated facilities management system for the University of Canberra. This portal will serve as a single-entry point for staff and students to access University services, knowledge, and tools for tracking incidents and requests. The service provider will access the current service environment and deliver optimal solutions.
