⁠⁠⁠Expressions of Interest are now open for artists seeking studio leases at one of Perth’s most cherished cultural hubs. Tresillian is more than a venue—it’s a vibrant community where creativity thrives, ideas are shared, and art comes to life.

This is your chance to secure a dedicated space to practise your craft in an inspiring environment surrounded by fellow creatives. Whether you’re a painter, sculptor, or mixed-media artist, Tresillian offers the perfect setting to nurture your artistic journey.

Attendance at the mandatory briefing and site inspection is required. This will take place on Wednesday, 17 December 2025 at 10:00am (AWST) at Tresillian Arts Centre, 21 Tyrell Street, Nedlands.

Submissions close Monday, 5 January 2026 at 2:00pm (AWST).

Applicants should showcase creative excellence - or the potential to achieve it - in an art form that adds to the rich diversity of practices at Tresillian Arts Centre. Successful artists will also embrace the spirit of community by opening

their studio to the public and contributing to the centre’s exhibitions, helping to inspire and connect with others.
