Reinforced Concrete Box Culvert RCBC Replacement

Tenterfield Shire Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor in a construct only contract to remove and reconstruct a Reinforced Concrete Box Culvert (RCBC) on Mt Lindesay Road in the Tenterfield Shire Council approximately 108.5 km from Tenterfield.

The request for tender is for a lump sum construct only contract.

Queries concerning this RFT should be submitted as soon as possible. Queries are required to be submitted prior to 5pm on Tuesday 16 December 2025 (2 weeks after the opening of the RFT). TSC will not be able to respond to queries received after this time. Due to the end of year shutdown, TSC intends not to issue addenda after 5pm on Friday 19 December 2025.

Tenterfield Shire Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Tenterfield Shire Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal or alternatively submitted tenders (such as via email) will not be accepted.
