Cumberland City Council invites suitably qualified and experienced external providers to develop a Place & District Branding Plan for the Guildford Community Improvement District (CID) package tailored to the revitalisation of Guildford Town Centre. CID is a business-led, place-based partnership between Transport for NSW (TfNSW), Council, local businesses and the community to enhance the economic vitality and identity of the town centre.
