Tender Description
The Queensland Parliamentary Service is calling for certified design and construct submissions to complete the Fitout of the Burleigh Electorate Office at 4/40 Palm Beach Avenue, Palm Beach. The fit out includes and is not limited to certified design, demolition and construction of internal partition walls, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, painting, joinery, flooring, glazing, access control & security hardware, final finishes, auto-door installation and relocation of the office furniture, equipment & items.
