Expression of Interest - D&C - Bundaberg Greyhound Track Conversion Project

Racing Queensland invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the Bundaberg Greyhound Track Conversion Project. RQ requires a single Principal Contractor who can manage and deliver all components of the project, including design components, track conversion, associated civil works, systems and technology installations, compliance requirements, and all supporting activities.

Note this procurement follows a three-stage process:

• Stage 1 – EOI Submission
• Stage 2 – Mandatory Contractor Briefing (date Jan TBC)
• Stage 3 – Formal Tender (expected Jan/Feb)

Please note participation in this EOI does not guarantee progression to the next stage.

Contractors interested must provide details as per Section 5 of the EOI document

Note: Contractors should provide high-level responses only at this stage. Detailed technical proposals, pricing, and contractual submissions will be requested during the formal tender stage.
