ROI - HCC Network Refresh

⁠⁠⁠Hutt City Council (HCC, Council) is seeking a strategic partner (or consortium of partners with a single prime) to deliver a comprehensive network refresh together with ongoing service management of the network infrastructure across 34 sites currently, with potential future growth.

The required solution will encompass the following:

• Infrastructure Components:

• WAN
• LAN
• SD-WAN and MPLS
• Firewalls
• Wi-Fi
• Switching

• Support Services Required:

• Full managed services across all connected sites
• Site upgrades and refresh
• Minimal hands-on involvement from HCC (vendor-led implementation), whilst still allowing a co-managed approach for simple tasks
• Local account management and support presence within the Hutt Valley.
