This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
Provide Support Services for the NTC's CiAnywhere application covering:
- Service Desk Management
- Incident Management
- System Administration
- Change Management
Skilled and experienced people to provide functional application support including but not limited to:
- Testing upgrades, new releases and software revisions
- Emergency assistance for bug fixes and system disruptions
- Support for deadline-driven activities such as year-end close
- Consulting services for non-daily activities such as building and implementing
- new processes and reports
- Project Management
