Landscape Design and Construct Tender

Expressions of Interest close Wednesday, 10 December 2025, at 5:00 pm.

Potential tenderers are to submit a capability statement for the Design and Construct of Public Open Space in residential subdivisions.

Two D&C contracts are available for award over 4 POS located in Byford (1) and Yanchep (3). Contracts will be awarded per project - please nominate one or both in the submission.

Both projects are joint developments between Parcel Property and DevelopmentWA.

Capability statement to include examples of previous work of a similar nature and magnitude up to 2ha in size.

Successful tenderers will be shortlisted to provide a price for the works and enter into a Schedule of Rates valid for a 18-month period.
