Construction of Ferndale Park Pavilion

The City of Canning is seeking the submission of a lump sum tender to deliver the following construction project at Ferndale Park, Blancoa / Metcalf Roads, Ferndale.

In summary, the project consists of two stages / separable portions:

•  The demolition of the existing Ferndale Park changeroom building and selected surrounds, followed by the construction of a new Pavilion in its place, ie. Ferndale Park Pavilion.
•  The demolition of the existing Ferndale Park Clubroom building and selected surrounds to reinstate ready for future carpark and landscaping works that will follow (by others) after this contract

The intent of this Request is to procure both building projects under the one tender with the resultant contract to be awarded to a single Contractor to satisfy all requirements.

Any Respondent found to have canvassed City of Canning officers or elected members will be disqualified from the tender process.
