Tender Description
The Shire of East Pilbara is undertaking the development of the Newman Youth and Community Hub, a multi-purpose facility designed to support youth engagement, community programs and recreational activities in the region. The project will be delivered under a single-stage construction contract using the AS4000 General Conditions of Contract. The Principal invites Tenders from suitably registered, qualified and experienced Contractors to construct the new facility.
