This RFP seeks a Managed Service provider to deliver a secure, scalable Oracle Identity Management platform that ensures operational efficiency, strengthens cyber security compliance.

Project goals

The objective of this RFP is to establish a Managed Service arrangement for TAFE NSW’s Oracle Identity Management (IDM) platform that ensures continued operational efficiency, security, and value for money. This activity will initiate a competitive market process to identify a supplier capable of delivering enhanced service quality, improved cyber security compliance, and greater alignment with TAFE NSW’s evolving business and digital transformation needs.

Scope

The successful supplier will be expected to provide a scalable, secure, and integrated managed service that supports the complexities of TAFE NSW’s highly customised IDM environment, mitigates risks associated with transition and vendor lock-in, and ensures continuity of critical services. This procurement is fully funded through the existing ICT operational budget and is aligned with broader organisational priorities around digital transformation, operational agility, and uplift of cybersecurity capability.
