Tender Description
WCC is seeking tenders from suitably qualified suppliers who can provide main contractor services for the construction of an inner-city park (Central City Park).
The scope of the park area is 1500m2 including 790m2 of park space, footpaths, and the section of Frederick St Road corridor adjacent the project site.
In the role as Main Contractor, a wide range of specialised tasks such as soil contamination management, sediment and erosion control, noise mitigation, and archaeological coordination will be required.
