Roof Remediation Works - Nyandi Training Academy

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Justice (DOJ) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake roof replacement works at Nyandi Training Academy.

The Work includes but is not limited to demolition and ACM removal works, roof replacement and remediation works, electrical, and mechanical. The construction methodology, resourcing, and program must allow for works to be undertaken from 02 March 2026 to 10 April 2026 inclusive.

Site Visit 

A site visit will be held at 3 Allen Court, Bentley on 8 December 2025 11:00 AM.

A mandatory site briefing will be held at Nyandi Training Academy. The location of the briefing will be 3 Allen Court, Bentley Western Australia 6102.

Maximum of two (2) persons per company at tender briefing. All attendees must bring valid form of ID.
