Background information / Compatibility requirements

MNHHS seeks to ensure its Metro North Retail Service (MNRS) environments consistently reflect excellence, reliability, and value. High-quality café services form a key component of this experience, supporting a welcoming and professional environment across MNHHS facilities.

To assist in achieving this, MNHHS wishes to establish a contract with an experienced Supplier for the provision of fresh café-grade coffee beans, associated consumables, and commercial coffee equipment services. The intent is to secure a coordinated, high-quality supply arrangement that strengthens consistency, improves operational efficiency, and delivers value for money across all MNRS retail outlets.
