Background information / Compatibility requirements

Metro North Health is seeking to engage external suppliers to deliver home care health and support services, for patients who remain in hospital as returning home is temporarily impractical due to, carer unavailability, accessibility constraints, waiting for home care support package approvals or have had an ACAT assessment scheduled for completion.
